Launch script after playing a video

Hi all,

Just a simple question, is there a way to launch a dedicated script that after having played a video ? (Something like a .sh to be launch after a video is show..)

You can make a wrapper around the mono binary. (or x200 equivalent)
Replace the binary with a shell script, that plays the video and then runs your commands. (Standard unix/linux 'hack')
You would have to do this at every reboot.

(see "$@" for shell parameters)

But there may be a nicer way to do whatever you are trying to do?

In fact, I would like to put "®" in front of the filename each Time I have read a file

Do you care if you played the whole movie, or just played it for a few seconds?
What if you picked the wrong movie?
Just some things to ponder as you go

It does not really matter, if I play only a part or even the wrong movie, I would like something to display it as already read, even partially.
I could then change it using an FTP connection or else if required.

Could someone help me to do that script ?
