About Hdd out of Popcorn

I have The B-110 Model, with two HDD 1Tb each other, Can I take one of this HDD and connect it to the pc to copy 16Gb of photos??? Because with ethernet cable it is very slow...

Edit: Is there any solution to take out the hd of the popcorn and conect to the pc (Windows) and recognice the content.... because i have installed rhe ext3 driver but the pc did not recognize the hdd
