Correct, you're talking about the nzbget server settings right?
That is done on purpose for users to get the best default-settings.
On every nzbget reinstall or upgrade you will not to enter your server settings agian.

It's not a CSI issue, it's a NZBget install feature.

I saw in your scripts you copy the default config, but as said I hada one. For some reason it seems to be overwritten.

btw used the latest beta 2.6.1
