Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

i followed these steps..
" Unzip into the root of your USB thumbdrive. Browse to usbupdate.html to update.
Please DO NOT power off the unit during firmware update, as it will render your unit inoperational."

and my screen has been black for about 20 minutes. should i power off my popcorn hour? i don't know what to do.

The firmware update process should always show a BLUE screen showing the progress (in %).

If you get a long black screen that means it probably failed or your TV isn't receiving the proper signal from the C200. Connect via Composite or Component and avoid HDMI.
