I really don't know how, but I had the same problem, I tried many things until it was solved. I really could not tell you how because I really don't know what I did to solve it.

I think the latest thing I tried was to free some space on the PCH drive. Could you try and let us know ?

(In the meantime I changed for a bigger drive, so I could not try this again)

I have about 250 gb of free space, it doesnt seems to be that.
