There's a couple things I know are in the wiki but I never seem to be able to find them.... maybe I'm too technical for my own good but it just seems there are a lot of sub menus and you really need to dig down deep to find basic answers...

i'm not really sure how it should be layed out but I can see why a lot of people don't use the wiki much. My first thought is the main page might be better as an extensive list of the actual help in a non-technical friendly description instead of the variety of sub menus, etc..

It's a community document you are more than welcome to help out.

Remember how the WIKI first was though, it as a long FAQ list and totally unusable.

The Main Page has category links. These are to stop you having to look at all 200 pages to find the page you want. If you want to know something on networking then press the Network category link and you only get those pages that have been categorized as network by the writer.

What people don't do is use the WIKI search function. It's as good as a google search and will find what you are looking for if you enter the search details.

As far as not a lot of people using the WIKI I think you are very wrong. Here are the stats:-

Well Chris,

I've thought about working on the wiki but I really don't understand how it works and screwing it up, scares the hell out of me.

Are there good directions some where? I know, there must be forms somewhere or at least a method of creating them.

As a side note. I find that the wiki search feature works much better then the forum, search feature. I think the wiki is bloody GREAT!

while I have some time, I don't have the amount of time needed to first figure out what is in the wiki and then reorganize it...

it looks like mediawiki which has tons of documentation online about it.
