POLL: Running linux? Do playlists work for you?
Please post a yes or no and your myiHome version.

I have myiHome running in Windows, m3u playlists work fine there. I'm trying to switch to Ubuntu, but playlists don't work there. I'm wondering if they work in linux for anybody?

Thanks,
Kevin

myiHome linux 5.2.0
Ubuntu server 10.04
Sun Jre 1.6.0_20

I have tried absolute and relative paths, forward slash [unix] and backslash [dos] directory delimiters, unix and dos file format, but still nothing.

Have you tried open the m3u in a different application like vlc to see if they work.

100+ people have read this post, but not a single one of them bothered to answer the question it asked.

I was hoping to get some indication whether playlists don't work for me because of something I've done or something Syabas has done, but no such luck.

I believe I've developed a solution (i.e. workaround) for what must be a bug in myiHome 5.2.0; see this thread.
