copy files from external hd to internal hd

I was reading the wiki and I came across that question
How do I copy files from external USB flash/ HDD to the internal HDD?

the problem is that the link to the answer does not seem to work.

Use the filemanager from CSI.

Or the old way...
select file or folder you want to copy press the filemode button on the remote select "add to list"
go to the internal drive were you want to put the listed items then press filemode button again and select copy listed items here.....

The only problem with this method is if you have a index.htm file in the root of the drive you are trying to copy to is that you can't get to it unless one renames the index.htm or deletes it prior to selecting it.

maybe when I am more advanced I'll look into the CSI thing
