Late to the party on HD Homerun, PCH
Hey All,

I have a PCH-A 100, a home built Windows Home Server, and today I ordered a Silicon Dust HD Homerun dual tuner (great price on woot today). What is the best way to combine these 3 awesome toys into a set up that can:

- watch live OTA HD channels picked up from antenna
- record HD programs from those OTA channels (preferably to the WHS, but my PCH has a 100gb hard drive in it if that needs to be used).

This is all going to be run on a hard wired network. WHS is in a closet, PCH hooked up via hdmi to my plasma. I would really like to not have to have another computer in this mix if possible.

Now, I have read a little about GB PVR for the PCH, and I know they have their own forum with a whole section devoted to using it on the PCH, but I thought I would start here since I have had such great advice here in the past.

So if GB PVR is the way to go, that's cool. But does it replace the stock interface on the PCH all together?

Thanks in advance!

This seems to be coming up a lot recently.

Check out the Community Software Installer. There's an HDHomeRun client on there for the 100 series NMT's.

I do not have an internal HD, is there a way to get this app to run from a share like it used to when first developed? Thanks
