INSTALL MUSIC JUKEBOX 8
Hello,
I am trying to install Music Jukebox 8 on my a100 but it doesnt work. The music is installed on mij pc: Music folder: D:\DELEN\MyMusic\ Output folder: D:\DELEN\MyMusic\Menu\ Popcorn hour path: NETWORK_SHARE/PERRY-PC/DELEN/MyMusic Popcorn hour path menu: NETWORK_SHARE/PERRY-PC/DELEN/MyMusic/Menu I have read the discription from wikipedia and i folowed the steps. But i see nothing. When i try to open index.htm the popcorn hour says: cant do your request. Please somebody help me!!!!!!! |

Also, setting paths is confusing - at least it was for me. I eventually figured it out when I focused on paths being set relative to the devices. Also, you have to call up "index_main" and not "index". Remember, once MJB 8 is finished, your A100 has to be able to link to the device where you music is stored. I noticed the MJB will read a music library, created the menu folder but not be able to link to the actual files in the music library. Again, path settings are relative. You also need to make sure the Network Share you have created on your Popcorn Hour is valid. You should see an icon named 'PERRY - PC' on the main menu of the A100. Clickiing it should also display the DELEN folder (once you have selected the media type).
Do you have the D:\ drive shared on your PC, and is the share named exactly 'PERRY - PC'? |
