sounds like a great app. can't wait to try it.

I downloaded like 4-5 videos and they all returned !could not play. What do all the different file types mean that pop up as different downloads? Also are these high definition downloads? Please explain a bit more as I spent some time with the app and seemingly couldnt get very far.

First you should try which type of file can be played. If it starts to play (no error is displayed) then push stop and download the concrete file.

For 100% can be played type 22 (1080p) and 35 (720p), other needs to be tried. You can download only one file at one time and if you’ll get an error during downloading, don’t panic, it keeps downloading on the background. In that case you need to check once in a while the folder happyTubeDownloads, if the file is already downloaded. It’s just the first version, so some bugs still need to be fixed.

sounds good. I will give it some more time. Is the serach query just like I would search on a PC via youtube.com? It seems the results that are returned are different between a pc, the c200 youtube app and this app. Another search idea would be to be able to limit seraches to HD only type files if thats possible. Keep up the good work as I think there is allot of potential here.

I use youtube api for searching, so I have maybe some different order of videos.
