How do I Order Refurbished A-110?

I have a A100 and A200 and picked up a A110 refurbished so that I could play HD audio. However when it arrived, it was "faulty" in that out of the box, and only setting it up for the shares I needed to access my content, there was no audio. So after some to and froing with TS, I RMA'ed the unit and back it went. The returns just did a factory reset they said and confirmed it was okay and sent it back to me. And sure enough when I got it, it was fine.

So that was $15 wasted sending it back. But one would assume that a newly refurbished unit would be at default factory settings and I certainly didn't change anything on it apart for the audio side apart from specifying that all audio was Digital RAW.

Oh well - it's working fine now and for my money, perhaps I shouldn't have purchased the A200 which might be faster but is a ways back in the development cycle of the A110 (and not built as well).
