NMJ Scanner
First off with the coming of NMJ I thought it would be a good idea to try to get anyone involved that wants to make a pc based scanner. So instead of having a lot of scanners for each site I was hoping to get enough people involved to make one scanner with different engines for all the sites. And also be able to edit any entries on the fly in the database. If you are interested in contributing to this, please feel free to post in this thread.
Im going to try to be the ring leader and do what I can to keep this project moving while also offering a site and host for any files needed. A few things more then likely it will have to be done in java so it can go to any platform but that is still up for debate. |

Not going to hi-jack the thread, but simply say, that if anyone wants to write a module in java for it, you can easily add it to YAMJ... Just a thought...

That would be REALLY slick as I already have all of my YAMJ scans batched. Would be a treat if I could just add another line to my batch file. IMO this is mandatory as I cannot have my C-200 unusable for 2-3 days straight while it scans my music. I am only going to use NMJ for music so I'm not worried about the movies or TV Shows portion. And if it works in YAMJ, it will work for Mac users too
A200 connected to 32" Samsung UA32C5000 C200 connected to Denon 1610 AVR and 42" LG 42LH50YR Encore ENHGS-500 5 port Gigabit switch. |
