tv rip with alot of stuttering

I cant play this file http://www.megaupload.com/?d=C0M1LTLA very well on the a-110 theres alot of stuttering and audio is out of sync but it plays fine on the computer. Could someone please test it to see if its not just me? Im also considering getting a c-200 so if someone has one to test it on id appreciate it. heres the mediainfo
