Torrent does not finish = leaves padding file
I downloaded a couple of videos (several videos in one torrent) and it has downloaded and seeded.
The folder also contains several files like this: _____padding_file_0_if you see this file, please update to BitComet 0.85 or above____ Now, some videos works but some don't. Any ideas? I thought of moving all the files to my Mac, get the .torrent file and use Transmission. |

Sorry to 'bump' this question, but I would really need some help.
It is a huge torrent (78GB) so moving it is a little problematic as I don't have that much space on my computer. |

i can't be of much help but i know that the newest version of utorrent does the same exact thing, so its a problem with the client. its pretty doubtful ull be able to find any sort of fix IMO (Utorrent is used a lot more and they dont have it fixed)
edit: oh i also wanted to add, just because you see the padding file doest mean it downloaded incorrectly. basically it just means you have to delete them, and they are always small like 1kb when i get them. the videos always play fine regardless. if the video isnt working then its probably not compatable with PCH. |
