[200] lundftpd installation, configuration and setup package

Ahh based on the A100 series.. ok, the zip in the first post is for 200, and wont work since it is slightly different MIPS CPU. We can see if dc11ab can compile it, or I can quite easily, or you can try it for yourself, just need toolchain.

I think I have the 3.14 binary still lying around if you want to just quickly try it while we wait on dc11ab.
