Create these directories where your lundftpd binary is:

...some/path/lundftpd/lundftpd
...some/path/lundftpd/lundftpd.conf
...some/path/lundftpd/ftp-data/
...some/path/lundftpd/ftp-log/

Edit and check the lundftpd.conf so all paths are OK.

And try again!



EDIT: After you have created those directories, you should create a user:
# ./lundftpd -a

Give UF_ALL permissions and use * for IP range if you create and admin user who shall be able to connect from any IP.
