TL-WN821N Wireless option not available
I have the PCH A110 for years now. I always had it via a wired connection and am now switching to wireless.
I bought the TL-WN821N. However when I go to Setup / network I only have the Wired IP otions available. I don't see a Wireless option (also not greyed out). Are there any additional NMT applications necessary to run? What am I missing? I am running the latest firmware. OOoh I think I might know what the problem is.... they delivered version 3.1 of the TL-WN821N. Is there any support or plans how to get this adapter working? |

I have exactly the same problem...went and bought the TL-WN821N cos it sounds like the only workable wireless dongle for PCH A110, only to find that I don't get any wireless set up options when I plug it in...the only set up options I get under Network are for wired connections. Can anyone help on this? It's driving me up the wall. thanks. |

Please check if your TL-WN821N is of version 3. A-100/A-110 currently only support version 1 and version2.

I have the same problem. And I saw, I have version 3.1 of the key  Do you have an idea if a new firmware out soon to adapt this new version? |

I think WN-150 only works on 200-series, not on A-110.

Yep WN100 for 100 series and WN150 for 200 series, they are not exchangeable.

Same problem here...bought one of these to use, only to find it is not working (on my A110)....I'm guessing the wifi dongle must be v3 also. Very annoying; hopefully we will see a firmware fix.

Same here, also bought the TP-Link TL-WN821N hoping I would get a version 1 or 2, but sadly I got a version 3.0 so it's not working either...

Just use a wireless bridge. You'll get faster speeds and there's no compatibility issues.
