Non responsive A-110 after boot

Hi

Had my media tank for a while. It's been through one firmware update wit no problems at all. It has a 1.5 tb disk installed.

It worked flawlessly until today. It boots with the "popcorn. loading ..." screen and then goes black. The orange light is on but it doesn't respond to the remote control. My TV and reciever also claims theres no signal. (HDMI)

If I try to turn it off via the remote control (so that the LED goes red) it doesn't respond at all. I can click whatever I want on the remote but nothing happens. And yes. I did change the batteries.

It's not responsive via the network other than the fact that it gives ICMP replies and refuses FTP connections.

Streaming or using it as storage for series/movies has never been a problem before. I've been away for a week and the popcorn has been off for said amount of time.

I've opened it and checked that everything is in order. The disk sits perfectly in its place and there's no visual damage. The disk also boots and the entire process looks alright for about 20 seconds and then it goes black. I've had this theory that the damn box is indexing everything when it boots from scratch and seeing as I have a ton of crap on it, it might need some time.

Typing this up I'm thinking I'll boot it without the disk.

I'm thinking I might have to reset it fully though... Any tips?
