Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

I have a very strange problem. Suddenly, i am getting very low speeds with Transmission 2.13 torrent downloads, it seems that the d/l speed is throttled to 50Kbyte/s, i have a 2M connection and was getting 200Kbyte/s before. This just happened today!!!

I tried Transmission 2.21, same issue, i renamed the Apps folder to install Apps from scratch, and re-installed the NTM Apps (i have the latest f/w), again same problem.

What can be throttling the connection?

When i tried to ftp a big file from my PC to the C-200 the speed was fine, so it isn't something with H/W (I think)......

Any thoughts?

Update: When i actually go to see the peers in the GUI interface, i find that max speed per peer does not increase than 2kbps, and mostly 1 Kbps, if a speed increased more than that it gets throttled almost immediately! Is there a way to limit speed per peer? Do i have a virus?!!!
