The spinning dots certainly go round faster, but I still don't think its anywhere near an acceptable speed using NMJ for music. There's been no additions that I can see in terms of actual useability of the GUI (this wasnt on the list of changes, but I had hoped).
It does appear a little faster for video.

What is the timescale for NMJ V2 Werner? Will it be a further 3 months?

Music and Photo Performance improvements can only come with NMJ V2 because the database will change.
I can't give any dates currently but they are working hard to get it done as soon as possible, but first we will have a firmware upgrade in i think around 4 weeks which will fix the TrueHD Bug and will include the BD Pip Audio License

Hopefully in the future I will be able to use the NMJ with my unraid tower and not have it complain about having write access to the movie tower. Hopefully it can create whatever it needs on the internal HDD in the C200.

i haw a problem whit this update when i us the update from system setings an begin to seek after update and it finds update and it shows my update info page and i start the update my box freezez, this pagens al sow whit update from usb stick when i press Enter my box frezzes, wher can i get error log?
, the freky thing is ssh works but, the gui on my pop haw totally frezzt so i need to turn off power and start it up agen

do you have any csi apps installed? if so please unplug your hdd and try then to update after a fresh boot up

Tanks now it works, the fort time i ever needed to disconnect my HDD so update prosses works

thats because you use CSI Apps, without them you won't have such issues

Just started up with new fw. But I don't know what to expect, got my c200 on thursday and got no prior experience with the PCH machines. But I hope this FW fixed the FTP freeze issue. This was the first and most annyoing bug I noticed. Oh, and fixing Samba share should be easier than it was. But I it works now after reading for hours.

FTP freeze was already a workaround with the LTU package or local package from CSI application

Yes but shouldn't the syabas nmtapps function without user hacks
Wasn't there a big problem with the specific pureftp build used in the 101104 apps?
That was solved updating to never build? why haven't they updated this?

Werner is there any chance we could have a FW without NMJ?
I do not use it and never will i have tried it and yamj and the likes but i don't see the point at all to have a less user friendly and slower enviroment.
So it would be nice not to have to install it at all.
But i have about 0,000000001 hope that the answer is yes
