Persistent share. I have also created the share manually and also with the browse feature when I was trying to fix this earlier.

How can I get 3D mkv's working? I renamed the files to .3DSBS.mkv but I see only 2 pictures at same time. My JVC X3 is configured for Side-by-Side but nothing happens?

Is there something special to consider for the 3D SBS Output?

I posted this in an earlier firmware thread ([C-200] Firmware 02-04-101104-21-POP-408) but it got lost in the noise.

If I have Framerate Sync set at NTSC/24p or NTSC/PAL/24p and playing 23.976fps MKV files I get no sound. Changing Framerate Sync to NTSC/PAL or off fixes the problem. It worked before on all the firmwares until version 02-04-101104-21-POP-408. 23.976fps XVID files work ok and have sound. If I set Video Output to 1080P 24hz the sound works fine but none of the other Outputs work (though I did get sound a couple of times with 1080P 50hz but it was really random).

My tv is a Sony KDL-40EX500 and Popcorn is directly connected to it through HDMI. All sound types are set to downmix. Also tried resetting to factory defaults.

Any ideas?

I used a Mits 3d adapter and prior to this update I've been able to play 3D SBS examples that have the *.mkv extension. I just had to change my adapters output from "Normal" to "L/R". What change does this update have for 3D files? I tried renaming one of my samples to *.3DSBS.mkv and saw no diffence in how the file was handled.

Well that's the rub isn't it. If I spend the time to set up YAMJ why do I need NMJ? It has been on my mind and I will probably do it but I will probably stay with YAMJ at that point and I really wanted NMJ to be the answer for me.

I'm experiencing nothing but breaking up and stuttering with this firmware. Running everything from a Synology NAS (1511+) over a gigabit network, no issues before. Rolling back to dec. 8 fw immediately.

Man that sucks...I would suggest you give it a little time before you rollback. I haven't had any issues whatsoever on playback...

I love the synology though... it really is the best NAS!

Maybe I need to create my own movie manager - if I could get silverlight working on the PCH it would be pretty sweet.

I've been sat on my hands since before the last firmware update!

Am I correct in thinking that we still have no multiple shares available for NMJ?

I see it's been briefly mentioned in this thread and I apologise if it's been mentioned somewhere else here recently-but I don't get chance to trawl through all the posts on a daily basis any more

I'm not rushing to update though, I gave up doing the 0day updates ages ago - when stuff started breaking and rollbacks were needed even for the most 'normal' playback

Sorry for the negative post on something I've not even installed. I really was expecting the multi mount point thing in this release. I hope you can appreciate my disappointment!
