Soft Reboot doesn't work!

Hello

I tried everything but I wasn't able to make a soft reboot from my remote control. I followed the instructions but nothing work. I have two Popcorn Hour Model A-110 and theres the same problem with both. What's also a little strange, is that the Poppi gets warmer after a turn down than it is when I just put it in Standby mode. I followed the instructions as on the Wiki Page:

How can I reboot the player?

Has anybody an idea or the same problem?

2 x ReadyNAS Duo (2x2Gigs)
1 x ReadyNAS Ultra 4
Samsung LCD TV FullHD 52"
Phillips LCD TV FullHD 42"
