[A-110] CompactFlash Performance

I recently picked up a CompactFlash and SATA/CF adapter for my internal disk for NMT apps, plugins, Jukebox, etc..

I'm curious, is there a Linux utility in busybox, or ipkg, that can test the performance of the CF? Read/write speeds, etc.

Also, for those curious, I purchased this adapter: http://amzn.com/B0030D3T16 with this Transcend 4GB 133x card: http://amzn.com/B000VY7HYM. Great deals, however the card is smaller than a 2.5" drive, so the mounting holes don't line up. The adapter is small and light, so I think it should be ok just plugged into the SATA without support, but I wish I had looked for something like this: http://amzn.com/B0036DDXUW

Anyone know of a CF Adapter to 2.5" drive bracket so I could mount the CF card securely in the PCH?

After doing some searching, it appears the 'dd' command is a part of busybox, and you can issue these two commands to benchmark read/writes of your hard drive:

dd if=/dev/zero bs=1024 count=1000000 of=/home/sam/1Gb.file
dd if=/home/sam/1Gb.file bs=64k | dd of=/dev/null
