Question about the PCH Torrent Uploader

Is there a guide to the settings for this?

I've been trying to make it work but think I have the wrong settings in.

If I try and access the nzbget on the pch with 192.168.1.15:9999 it doesnt work but if it has the nzbget interface code afterwards it does.

Can this be input as code? I tried and it didn't appear to like it?
