I have had a problem with the current and previous FW. While I'm watching a movie the video and sound will go out completely for a second or 2. It's been doing it a few times during a movie lately. These are movies I have watched previously so I know it's not the file.
I have check my cables to make sure they are in tight, The TV never does this watching Sat. Any ideas anyone? |

C-200 updated: loss of audio more frequently than before
(when changing codec, when forwarding...). Is there really no way to fix this (reinitialize audio) faster than a full reboot? |

After updating to this firmware version my PCH can't find my NAS anymore. Stored shares can't be accessed and when using the browse option it only shows "NFS server", no samba shares. However when selecting that option it searches for a long time, but in the end doesn't find anything. I can still access both the NAS and the PCH from my computer, so both are up-and-running and both network lines are fine.
Trying to add a share trhough the setup screen doesn't work either, because the browse only shows the NFS server option again. |

I have just updated the firmware to this release and I am still having problems with the audio for MKV files. When I play a movie from the beginning both the video and audio play fine but when I press 4 or 5 or any other number to skip to 50% or so on of the way through the movie the video plays but the audio does not. This also happens if I'm watching a movie and have to stop it for some reason and try and resume it from where I stopped it the next day or whatever. Again the video plays fine but the audio does not. This happens for all mkv files. I can't even fast forward without the audio not playing. I'm sick of having to start the movie over and let it play in the background until it reaches the point where I had to stop it. Someone help me it's driving me crazy. My setup is as follows: My movies are on a few different internal hard drives on my desktop computer. I'm using YAMJ as my media jukebox and I am streaming the movies via a cat 5 cable which is connected from my modem directly to the PCH 200. Pretty standard but this has only started to occur after the previous few firmware updates.

Start swapping things out to eliminate potential causes. If you use a receiver connect direct to your TV and see if the problem has gone. Great work guys. Thanks
![]() Still have got one issue. When playing a cd or a playlist (usually mp3s) the popcorn re-initialises the hmdi connection to my Harman Kardon receiver (AVR-460) . Because of this, I miss the first second of almost every track. Is this a known issue? Or is there a workaround or something? |

Go to settings and under video/audio you have framerate, choose no. Also put the resolution on the c200 to 1080p@60Hz

I started a HD movie and skipped straight to 50% of the way through and the audio still didn't play even though it did at the start of the film. I see that the audio settings on that same page on the bottom half of the screen i.e. AAC, DTS etc are all set to passthrough. Does that make a difference? Again it did work through the tv at the start of the film but not when i flicked through to half way through the movie. I am at a loss unless ther's some other sneaky audio setting that I don't know how to setup. Could it be posible that my PCH is stuffed???? Someone please help............
