I tested it again with tracks from actual CD (Saragossa Band - Das Totale ZaZaZabadak) and problems are there: playing in Wav format about 70% track splits play with gap but smaller than with self made divided track (possible due to align to sector length of audio CD), Flack format in about 30% track splits plays with skip in split place or between 2&3 second of next track (sound like skipping CD).
Possible problem has something to do with track length because mostly problem with flac is present with short tracks smaller than 1 minute.
Another strange thing is that many times if i start play or skip to next track player set another volume level that reverts to normal value if i tray to change it.This problem is not always present.

With previous firmware glitch was present 5-8 seconds before track transition, with new firmware and FLAC small glitch is present exact between second 2 and 3 of next track. It is very small like from scratched vinyl. With WAV files gap is very audible and something about 0.1-0.2 seconds exact at track transition. The gap varies from one play attempt to another. I tested it with song divided in two files in wave editor. On PC files play OK with no glitch.
C200 is connected to Marantz SR5003 trough HDMI.
Another problem that exists in all firmwares, is that at playback start some small part is lost, because c200 not start output audio data stream before actual playback begins. In result receiver can not synchronize and correctly start decoding. In audio CD this is managed by 2 seconds pregap present by standard. Audio CD's play correctly with c200 (including HDCD coded if volume is set to 0). This problem is worse with files made from CD that is recorded in HDCD format because receiver must recognize format id that is coded in LSB of audio data (this will be so only with receiver that recognizes HDCD format because other receivers will play it as ordinary CD).

YES this is true but please be informed that you will only be able to extract AC3 core from BDMV/BD ISO and M2TS files.

You will NOT be able to playback AC3 core from a TrueHD stream in TS files.
You will NOT be able to playback AC3 core from a TrueHD stream in MKV files.

The reason it doesn't work for MKV is because it discards AC3 cores in TrueHD tracks. If you don't believe me, please read it from the author of mkvtoolnix himself;

Updated and this firmware seems to be better than the previous. Alice in Wonderland BD (2D) never got to the menu, got stuck at the trailers, but with this firmware it plays just fine. Sometimes the C200 is a bit slow with upscaling some pictures (just some warning about opinions expressed not Disneys, etc.), but the movie itself plays just fine.

But 5.1 PCM audio with BD is still broken. I know this problem isn't there for everyone, but I think it's a bug in the Sigma SDK, as it was working for me with the previous Sigma SDK. Anyone knows when we can expect the next SDK from Sigma?

Part of my testing routine is to playback BDMV folders of The Fifth Element and Rent (Motion Picture), both discs have 5.1 PCM tracks and they play just fine using this firmware.

On my AVR, I use the onscreen display to check whether it's receiving multi-channel PCM streams (not downmixed) to confirm.

Added YCbCr - good job!
But several bugs still not fixed:
- Samba workgroup name bug (no needed nmbd call in /etc/init.d/S70nmt). Need fix rootfs in initramfs.
- Stuttering with sound drop in m2ts files from Panasonic AVCHD camera (H.264 1080p50/1080p60). Old serious BUG.
- BOB deinterlace instead of Adaptive. Low quality and jitter for interlaced sources 1080i50/1080i60.
- Deinterlace bug on autosync enabled for 1080i50 sources. Green strips in bottom of screen (fields distortion).
- Bad FastForward in 2x with sound. Sound drops after several seconds. Bad FastForward in 4x (visual as 2x).
- Hungup (deadlock) at start firmware update if no telnetd process in list. Very stupid bug.
- No TCP window fix-up, Torrent always caused kernel bugcheck and system halted at high-speed downloads.

Why does it takes syabas OVER 6 months to update pureftp in the apps package to a working verision?

The problem is that the pch locksup,freeze after 0-4 gig is transfered (i have never been able to move a whole 4 gig file since this bug) (nothing works after that)(and only a restart solves it) when used and is solved by using a slightly never build using csi (don´t work for me) from the forum or install lundftp (works for me).
And yes this problem have been known here on the forum since a couple of days after the 101104 relese.
And i have been pointing this out on every release after that.

Things like this is the reason i gave up on the beta testing.
The lack of respons was really bad even for big bugs.
It felt like any work done was completely unappreciated.

I have a LiteOn BD Rom player in the C200 and it was working up to the (I think) August firmware. What I see with the last 3(?) firmwares is that it tries to play for the first second and my receiver displays 5.1 PCM, but it stutters and drops back to 2.0 PCM. Again, this was working with the previous SDK. If I play from my PS3, I have no problems, so it's not the receiver.

I have no BDMV folder to test if it is related to the LiteOn, as all of my computers don't have a BD Rom player at the moment.

Yes, that worked. Had to start it without SATA and then when it was on connect it again. After that it looks fine. Thanks Werner.
