Hmm how certain is it that the aacs key is properly generated once you updated?

I tried some default faulty blurays (Up, The Princess & the frog, etc) and still same issues. Are those issues not key related? or is the aacs key still buggered for me?

no aacs key doesn't mean that it will fix any BD issues, the issues about Disney titles could also be Java related, for that it needs Sigma to update ther bd java

I'm guessing that those issues are still related to the BD stack.

Example:

Avatar (RED_BIRD) BDMVs still display the same playback bugs even though I re-ripped it from original disc using latest version of Anydvd HD to ensure it's updated.

New firmware has two undeclared improvement:
- now PCH can decode and downmix DDPlus (EAC3). I have ts files from DVB with EAC3 2.0 and 5.1. Both track played with sound.
- now PCH splitting audio track DDTrueHD with AC3 core on two tracks - DDTrueHD and AC3. Now in MKV too.

But more problem were not fixed:
- samba workgroup name BUG (please fix /etc/init.d/S70nmt !!!)
- pure-ftpd 1.0.21 with 4GB hungup bug (needed update to min 1.0.29)
- needed update transmission to v2.13 (this version is really stable as rock)
- needed fix TCP receive window for prevent kernel crash on high-speed download from far remote hosts
- needed login for telnet (security issue)
- stuttering in panasonic m2ts H.264 1080p60/1080p50
- bad deinterlace (BOB) in 1080i
- blank screen (hungup) after more files playback start/stop (bug in two last firmwares). HDMI signal gone after stop playback at any time.

My hard drive died, so when it was replaced it forced me into this update. Now I can access NZBGet but it won't let me update the config settings? So I can't configure it with correct info? Is there something I can do to fix this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled NZBget but with no luck?

Quick q: I don't currently have any csi apps installed (I have only a few apps from the app store)
Would it be safe to assume that if I shut down the NMT, remove the disk, turn it on again and perform the upgrade I will have no problem?

I'd really like to know how you made a MKV with a TrueHD+AC3 core track since mkvtools can't do it.

Padavan this update has to be safe because it updates the keys and it is a stepstone were users have noway to go back to a older build, so we don't include any other fixes for that reason.
The points you listed as not fixed should come with firmware c, not all which will be the next build, this will go first into betatest and then released online and also as offline package again.

EAC3 is also license related which we added it is related to BD pip

about this 3 i am not sure

BOB is already fixed inside the A200 firmware build, but not included in this firmware for the posted reasons.

should be no issue, maybe just do the clear cache before you update but also not needed but just to be on the safe side , rest should be fine.

Search in the Devloper Section and you'll see the thread. Installing LTU fixes FTP freezing which is why a lot of users have it installed and have had problems updating.

Thanks for the reply.

1) Now telnet has full any accees without login. It is dangerous. LTU added login for telnetd.

2) I have m2ts files H.264 1080p60/1080p50 (HP@L4.2) from Panasonic AVCHD. PCH playback this files with stuttering, sound dropped after 5-7 seconds. Movie is stutter. WDTV G2 (based on SMP8655) playback this files perfectly!!! Very smooth and perfect movies and sound OK. HDI Dune H1 (based on SMP8643) also good playback this files. PCH good playback this files only one time in test online firmware between 02-04-101206-21-POP-408 and 02-04-110308-21-POP-408. On public firmware 02-04-110308-21-POP-408 (and later), HP@L4.2 playback is bad again.

3) Last two firmwares has issue after stop playback. I can playback several files more times, but at one point (в одно прекрасное время) HDMI signal gone after manual stop playback. PCH do not hungup, network is worked. But no video signal. LCD screen hold in stopping state and filename. syb_framework process is hungup. Signal restored only after PCH reboot. I use YCbCr BT.709 output, 1080p24 mode with autosync 60/50/24Hz enabled. TV is Samsung LE 40B553M3W. Last hungup occurred after stop playback 1080i60 file (autosync changes HDMI refresh to 60Hz on start playback).
