I guess, this problem only is autosync turned on. HDMI switched from 1080p24 to 1080p60 and back (for 50/60 fps playback). Sometimes this switching is holded and process syb_framework is deadlocked.

I've had it but found a workaround for my TV.

Instead of using 1080p/24 or 1080p/60 with 24p/PAL/NTSC and getting the occasional blackout I changed to the following and dont get them anymore:
1080p/50 with 24p/NTSC.
Still get the correct output to match the input fps and no blackouts. I've been pushing those settings due to this blackout bug for sometime. I seem to recall a little chat on it and perhaps PAL being the culprit in the autoswitch. Could be old age though
