Werner is nothing to do with resets any longer.

resets are being done now by the engineers at Syabas when they see a C200 MAC address fail then they will reset.

They are obviously only resetting C200 MACs and nothing else.

So if you have followed the advice in the first post (uninstalled LTU if you have it and disconnected HDD/USB etc.) and have a C200 MAc then it will reset, it will not fail after being reset.

Exactly what ERR number is displayed? ERR00064.xx what numbers after the full stop.
