I've searched and read all that I can re. the ERR059. I can't find any evidence at all that others users have suffered this error and that it's due to hardware failure or errors, others than the defined "invalid reply from MAC server" as listed on the error codes page of the wiki.

Now I'm sure that is not new to you but when it does get unblocked if it fails again make sure you make a note of the full error code, it will be ERR00064 and then some further numbers. Those numbers tell the engineers why its failing.

I've sent another message to support to ask if they could please double-check that the correct mac address was 'unblocked'.

You should double check if you have given them the correct MAC too...
Your C200 might be behind rooter with firewall and everything might happen then... even the MAC change... depending of the configuration...
