other than being a bit faster, not sure what the c-300 provides for users who would want to upgrade from the c-200?

I need a second mediaplayer,why would i get a c300 (now running c200).
I thought making the 200 my bedroom device and upgrade to 300 for my home theatre.
What is so much better on the 300 series to upgrade from a 200 ?
I am thinking about xbmc devices at the moment.

yeah, i saw a rooku hd for 39.99 today, was thinking that would be adiquate for bedroom/ non-home theater usage-
