Requirements:

• A200, A210, C200, A300, C300, Popbox 3D, Popbox V8, or AsiaBox.
• YAMJ (see below for recommended/require versions)
• HDTV or similar screen with 720P or better resolution.

    • Multi-share multi-mount support for native network paths.
    • Paths are corrected when you get the sharename case wrong.
    • Family friendly error messages when a file is not found, share is not setup, unable to mount.
    • FIRMWARE WARNING ABOUT NETWORK SHARES:
      • A firmware bug blocks us from mounting nfs-tcp shares. Syabas has been notified.
      • Optional setting to mount nfs-tcp shares as nfs instead. This defaults to disabled.

BUG FIXES:

• 0.1.4 Quick fixes added.
• Clock would stop updating in certain situations.
• Folder rips would not start when using zero config multi-mounts if a file(image,nfo,etc) was in the rip folder.
• Jukebox update didn't appear when in a details screen.
• Selecting ignore for jukebox update detected ignored forever. Ignore only ignores that update now.
• If mjb.PlayOnHD=true was enabled, video_ts rips wouldn't play
• Posters in the movie detail screen had about 5% of the right side of the image missing.
• 0 button plays part 10 in moviedetails
• Not perfect but we can catch and fix some of the syabas firmware bugs that happen when you pause a video for a long time or press power while it's playing.

First question .....

How do you swap the views in each screen?

Oh, and can I now invoke a trailer from the movie detail page?

Oh, and if I want a simple mod like changing the certification to UK images, can I just overwrite the images in eversion\eskins\evstreamed\mdeia\common\cert? Will it handle a different size image such as these?

Two questions though:

1. If you have so many titles (I see 100+ pages) in your database how do you search for a particular movie or particular genre? I don't see a search filter or something similar on the screen... Sorry if this was already answered earlier.

2. Why do you restrict this skin to HDTV only? It works in SD as well just the fonts are bit small Every time I update I have to edit that html file.

setup genres and titles as a category inside yamj. then push menu button and you can browse by alphabet letter and genre

I was looking for those images yesterday, it'll be in the next round to swap out for more certs.. if you bored you can put the files anywhere and edit the eskin to line it all back up.. movies is pretty simple it's the common.movies.eskin and it'll swap both versions.

that's new then because the firmware first started on wouldn't even load.. it was nice error message or request not found back then.

The new-movies category seems to be showing all movies within my mjb.newdays settings. Beta 1 and other yamj skins don't include watched films in new-movies. Is there something I'm missing?

baz noticed some wiki/site typo's so if anyone was trying to use quick settings and they weren't working to change to the full walls, the website is fixed now.

I've installed the new Beta2 version and it's very nice. Well done.

A few questions if I may.

I have 3 folders for my Movies and a folder for TV Shows (which are stored internally on the A210's HDD).

Movies
Animation
Not Watched
TV Shows

On the Main Menu Bar, I managed to changed one of the menu items, All, to Animation, (via C:\YAMJ\categories-default.xml) but I cannot get some of the other menus to change, or even appear for that matter.
I have those that I want set to true and have renamed a few to coincide with the above folder names, eg;

    <enable>true</enable>
    <rename>Not Watched</rename>

The only ones that show now are

Animation,
Movies
Apps
Exit

How do I get these to work properly ? Am I editing the wrong file ?

My second part of the question is, once I get the Menu bar correct, how do I set the link to ensure it points to the right index file ??

There's a lot going on here and a lot of vague info... Let's step back first. Did you upgrade yamj and what was your old version. Are these settings something you previously used or the first time trying them. What is the original names of the indexes not appearing.

1. Upgraded Yamj to r2512 from 2501
2. This is my first use of Eversion

I may be my own enemy here. I have only created one index in yamj so far, just a test folder with a few movies (so yamj did not take forever every time I reset the jukebox.!)

At the moment the Animation and Movies link, both load the same index.htm file ?

What I wanted to have is a menu bar that has

Animation
Movies
Not Watched
TV Shows

and have a separate index for each link


How do I separate it so that they link to separate indexes

Can I have multiple indexes or am I limited to one ?

Am I expecting too much ?

Ok, so the missing options are actually because you didn't scan anything in that falls into them? which is good, nothing broken I'm confused by your use of "index". are you trying to get 4 different jukeboxes? eversion doesn't make anything it just shows what yamj makes so if you used an html skin before and it couldn't do this, eversion at this time can't make that happen.

If I'm misunderstanding what your attempting to do, please try to describe it again or perhaps someone else follows what your thinking (I"m also exhausted so everything is going over my head)..

Cast is lightly supported at the moment, turn it on in yamj to create the indexes and then add it to the menulist and you'll see the option come up in menu.

It wouldn't be a release if I didn't screw something up in the packaging.. There's something that might be causing a weird "stutter" in it.. so if it doesn't seem as fast as you were expecting, the next minor should see an improvement.

subtitles and audio settings are always not in used with this beta ?
I can't switch between the language audio and subtitles so I must always use the YAMJ settings and not the NATIVE ?

change the playersingle setting to NATIVE and you'll have the normal player with all the options you need.
