Wrong language in posters and missing movie info [solved]
Hi there,
I kind of new with this so bare with me... I managed to install oversight to my A-110 and even scan my movie folder from NAS and everything is looking great so far. I have couple of trouble point here where I need some advice/help: 1) The pictures of movies (posters) on the home screen are in spanish f.ex "127 Horas". What I need to change from the setting that it downloads english versions of those small pictures. 2) when I choose a movie and it opens the detailed view. There I can see the fan art etc. But it is missing the imdb rating and the movie plot. What I need to change so that it downloads also rating and movie. So if I somebody can help me with these issues, I would be more than happy. Thx! |

Solved:
Earlier I used mini-installer to install the oversight to my A-110. I guess I somehow managed to install the v1 version. I found out that this version has little language problems. So I removed the v1 and used CSI to istall latest alpha release by file installing. That solved the problem and now movie poster are in english and it downloads the movie plot and shit. Hope this helps if somebody bumps into same problem. |

I'll double check if I used the mini-installer, but I think i used CSI. I don't get the movie plot etc, so perhaps I don't have the latest version... will get back to you!

ok.. latest version now scanning and the signs are not good. I already have a mixture of UK and German titles, despite the US/UK settings on the scraping. The covers are mostly in english.
The german characters "üöäß" are not properly represented (garbage instead). |

If your browser automatically goes to german too, that may be from your ISP or from your cookies. You could try to clear your internet cache and see if you can make search engines default to UK. I'm not sure of the differences, but did you use the r1426 listed in CSI or use file install and use r1977 from google?
