[SUBTITLES] Hardcoded subs and missing characters

Video [SUBTITLES] Hardcoded subs and missing characters
I have two problems with subtitling on my A-100.

First of all when a movie or a series is hardcoded I have problems when there a lot of text. That is, when there is a song playing in the background and the subtitles for the song should show on the top part of the screen and simultanielsy someone talks and that should show on the lower part of the screen, it only shows the top part (the lyrics) on the lower part of the screen.
Most of the time I have to watch those parts on a computer to be able to see the correct subtitles.
Is this something I can fix by my own, or is it a thing that will be fixed in an upcoming Firmware Update?

The second thing I have a problem with is when I have downloaded subtitles and try to watch them. I have no problem seeing them but some parts won't show as they should. Like when they play the song in the beginning of "Big Bang Theory" my Smartphone and computer shows notes in front of the song text but my A-100 just shows a box.
I tried to fix this by saving the .srt file as ANSI or something else but had no luck.
Is this also something I can fix myself or is it included in an upcoming update?

Hope someone can help me! Smile

RE: [SUBTITLES] Hardcoded subs and missing characters
First what you are talking about is not hardcoded subs. hardcoded subs are burned into the video feed. Most likely you are talking about anime rips that run ass/ssa soft subs, The a100/110 probably wont get any updates to that engine. Sigma did some work on the ass/ssa engine per some user requests on here but it only made it into an sdk the 200 series can run.

By notes do you mean music notes like this ♪ if so the font the pch runs has no such character in it most likely.
