streaming icehockey...? onto my a200?
Hi pplz,
Im in australia but my wife and i are moving to canada end of NEXT year (lol) So for a bit of a laugh we want to follow the teams for ice hockey over there. I can imagine theres a way to find games on a pc, but how would i set up a way to view the games on my TV via local network/steaming via internet and has anyone done this? Ive had the pch a while but only ever used it for samba sharing ad yamj etc, no internet apps at all! Thanks for any input Glenn -PCH A200 + 2TB WDEARS internal - NTFS -4GB micro usb - NMT Apps -Netgear Stora 4TB (2 x 2TB WDEARX) -Panasonic 42" Plasma -YAMJ w/ Unique Black Glas.

RE: streaming icehockey...? onto my a200?
Two ways I can think of (other people here might want to comment as well).
1. Use/Buy a laptop and simply hook the output of that into your TV. Most newer televisions have an input just for this. Then, whatever is on the laptop will be on the TV. 2. You can also use a desktop computer, but you'll have to get a video card that has a separate output that you can hook up to your TV. That would be an RF, DVI, RGB or Composite output. No sense in using a Popcorn hour product, they offer no advantage. (07-17-2011 10:57 AM)Gangel Wrote: Hi pplz, |
