Auto unrar torrent popcorn a110 help

Hi, I need some help trying to enable auto unrar on transmission.
I know there is a script available to do this, but I am struggling.
Can anyone try and go through each stage for me so I can do this.

Hello again, I am nearly there, but I am having trouble understanding how to editsettings.json, any help would be much appreciated.

When I type in my ip 192.168.0.7 2222 netcat dosent do anything . can anyone put a link to a good working copy of net cat that works with windows 7 64bit.

I have telnet installed from csi.

Am I missing something.

The latest firmwares have telnet access enabled so no need to use Lundman Shell or netcat. Simply connect via telnet on the standard port (23) using PuTTY terminal client.
And use notepad2 editor to edit settings.json as it supports Unix-style line endings in text files.
