How to find most recent films?
It seems like an obvious requirement but I can't see it anywhere in the menus. Is there a way of seeing the latest films/media on your library? perhaps broken down into today's, this weeks and this months arrivals?

RE: How to find most recent films?
YAMJ has a category of "New-Movies" which is configurable to how long movies stay in there (or if they aren't in the category if marked "watched"). The films are shown in date order with most recent first.
Other jukeboxes may have similar features. PchTrakt | YAMJ wiki

RE: How to find most recent films?
I have YAMJ and think it looks quite pretty but most of the time I just use the standard interface as it requires less fiddling. Underneath it's a Unix box so I assume it would be easy to have a page that says "New media" which would default to show films that had arrived that week. These defaults could be changed to show music, photos etc and different time periods. The information could be gathered at startup in the background or just when the user wants to see the info.
PS oddly I have two new directories appearing in my main directory - the names of these directories are just a long list of hex digits (0-9 A-F). Any idea what they might be or whether I can remove them? A200 Firmware 03-04-120807-21-POP411-000 NMT Version 03-04-111220-21-POP-411 + 1 TB + Wifi |

If you press SETUP once, most recent files are displayed on top. Guenter |
