Need help with a External USB HardDrive

Hello,

I'm having trouble having my A100 pch connect to my WD myBook 3TB harddrive via USB. When i first bought the hardDrive i tested it and it connected, now that i've filled it up with video, music and pictures, it won't connect.

thank you for any advise you can give me.
