Will I benefit from upgrading my A-110 to a 200/300 box?
Been running the A-110 for over a year and it works well most of the time. Some large movies(20G+) it might not run and usually after a few movies it will require a reboot to play the next movie but other than that it does it's job. There are some other minor complaints but is it worth the upgrade to the newer model?
It is a little slow, do the newer models come with interfaces so I don't have to regenerate my YAMJ board every so often? |

the 200 and 300 does have a built in jukebox.. the a300 has a newer version, I would wait at least a week and see what people think of it and then get some info.

The people that got it early don't have any complaints that i've seen yet, Werner claims it much more stable than the a200s were at launch and maybe even as they are now.
I'd say go for it.. I can't justify the price on the C200 right now, and the A300 is only $20 more than the A210. In my opinion, making it the best option right now. If you are playing 20+ GB movies, the A-110 was never designed for that. The A-200 can handle it fine, and the A-300 should handle it with ease. |
