RE: Torrentexpander: automatic renamer | build .nfo | download poster & fanart | NMJ
RESOLVED!

Don't forget to install telnetd 1.41.1 via NMT CSI. Package is one of the prerequisite that Torrentexpander is installed correctly.

Hi Jannyy

I'm trying to instal Torrentexpander and I cannot go trough. In .setupresult I got this:

I don't have a 300 series, but it looks like the solution is one of these :

According to this topic :
http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...316&page=3
You may need to replace in the nmj_update.sh the following line :
wget --delete-after "http://localhost:8008/metadata_database?arg0=scanner_start&arg1=SATA_DISK/nmj_database/media.db&arg2=background&arg3=" >/dev/null 2>&1

Hi,
i have an a300 with latest firmware. Installed transmission 2.42, local and torrentexpander via CSI. Everything is perfect except torrentexpander. When a d/l is complete nothing happens, the file stays in the download folder... any idea?

ok now i seems to work sometimes Huh
ie. downloaded 10 episodes of ringer, only half were renamed and went to /expanded directory
the second problem, my movies named i.e. movie.title.2011.multi.1080p.dts.mkv -> movie.title (1080).mkv if type_1 or movie.title 1080 (1080p).mkv if type_2...

it's a little bit disappointing Sad is it a known issue ?

thx

RE: Torrentexpander: automatic renamer | build .nfo | download poster & fanart | NMJ
Hi d3rod

I'd need much more information, like the exact name of the torrents, for example.
No need to give out the exact title, just replace the title by "Some Movie" or "Some Series"
Like this :
some.series.s01e01.720p.release.scene
some.movie.2010.1080p.release.scene

Also, regarding your issue with "movie.title.2011.multi.1080p.dts.mkv", I've been able to reproduce it and solve it using a very small tweak.
Please update to the latest SVN using this command :
/share/Apps/TorrentExpander/bin/torrentexpander.sh --update

Torrentexpander has been tweaked in order to prevent this, but if the original naming is fucked up, everything may fall apart.

Thanks

RE: Torrentexpander: automatic renamer | build .nfo | download poster & fanart | NMJ
Hi d3rod

I cannot reproduce the issue you've been facing with Ringer
I tried to use individual files with the names you listed, then I tried with a directory containing all 14 files.

No issue at all, all files were expanded to my destination_folder or copied/moved to my series directory, depending on the settings I tried.

What you've been experiencing was :
- only some files were correctly processed
- all those that were correctly processed went to the directory they were supposed to
Is that it ?

Considering that all files used the same name structure, I don't see how this could happen.
The way I see it :
- Transmission did not correctly send those torrents to torrentexpander
- Some of the video were damaged (0k files) and hence were not processed correctly
- Your hard drive was full when torrentexpander was run

I just cannot wrap my head around it. I'll need more info on this.
Anybody else experiencing such an issue ?

Did the fix for 1080p movies work okay ?
