Did you have Java6update7 installed yet or are you still on update6? I ask as im sure its myihome/java related and I updated yesterday. Had I known this was coming out today I would have left it hoping to keep everything as is.

I appreciate the hard work that has gone into this but as an English language XP user, I don't see anything useful for me in this release (I am not into themes); sorry!
However this is intriguing - "Improved file navigation". Can anyone please elaborate this? How has navigation improved? |

works like a charm on my WinXP64, using JRE version 1.6.0_07.
i did however needed to remove compatibility mode to win2000 from MyiHome.exe which was needed for 4.9. although i did uninstall 4.9 before installing myiHome-v5.0.2-x64.exe. windows kept the compatibility setting. |

Downloading now. I hope Unicode hatred was finally fixed and myiHome won't create hundreds of trash folders on my HDD.
EDIT: Nope, Unicode loathing is there alright. is not much better for a folder name from Ìîè äîêóìåÃÂòû ya know. |

Macintosh version
Someone please fix the PDF User Guide It contains a list of "Themes" that are available.: Blue Metal TV Mystery Hitech Only the "Blue" theme is available. Seems like the "User Guide" has been heavily Boiler Plated from a past User Guide from years past, and hasn't been updated! Also, placing another "theme" folder in the proper folder only causes the PCH to lock up tight as a drum when selected in the Preferences. It is the only time I had to pull the power plug on my PCH to get it reset. ND |

To be quite honest, I had the 8620 ChipSet player, the manual was incorrect then, still incorrect now, in the same areas! If your looking for volunteers to fix and write proper documentation, it is what I did for many years. PM me. ND How about the freezing problems? |
