Popcorn Hour A-100 Powerline network adaptors ?

I have the A-100 and it works great. I use an external usb harddrive to stream from. Now i have been thinking about streaming directly from my computer in another room. Could someone tip me about what powerline adaptors that works good for this ?

I mostly play xvids but it would be great if it could stream mkv and dvd too.

What speeds are needed for this ?

I have used the develo 200mbs ones for a few years now .. they work a treat and I'm sure the homeplug technology has come on loads since I bought them

I think 200mb are the lowest you can go for to stream AV content .. they NEVER hit those levels .. but then again that was what I was told back in 2009

I have A-300 and Netgear Powerline 500 Mbps. I am able to view uncompressed BD from NAS without any apparent stuttering. It seems to me a good (although expensive ....) and stable solution.
