Cannot control my A110 anymore

Hi everybody,
I have 2 x A110 NMT one works fine but the other I cannot control it anymore. The unit starts up normally and it brings the main interface - so it looks like is working ... but I can't do anything else. The remote control doesn't work on it but it works on the other A110 unit. I tried the other remote control but still not able to do anything.
Any idea what could be causing this ?
