A-300 Can't access Torrent web control panel anymore

I have added one torrent to download using Torrent web control panel and set unlimited download speed. The file was not downloaded and now I can't access web control panel anymore. I have tried to restart Torrent service from A-300, restarted sucesfully but still can't access. What to do?
