Slow download speeds in NZBGET

Hi,

i've just updated my broadband connection to approx 40mbit (confirmed by speedtest at 33mbit actual) but when i download with NZBGET i get a maximum of about 13mbit over a wired connection. im with astraweb and on my desktop PC i get about 23 mbit over wireless.

are there any restrictions that will prevent the popcorn hour a110 downloading at a maximum (or higher speed) than that?

also, possibly related, is that the interface for nzbget is really slow to update all of a sudden when downloading, but seems ok when extracting...

is there anything i can tweak or update to improve my download speeds? i'm using the latest firmware.
