Empty folders when downloading NZB's with NZBget

Hi,

Since a few weeks my C-200 is acting strange when downloading NZB's. For over 50% of the NZB I end up with a folder that contains only the small files that are contained within the NZB, so the actual movie's are not there. When I look at the NZBGet web interface, the history shows SUCCESS.

I'm using the NZBGet 0.8.0-testing-r394 which I installed from CSI. Using the latest firmware on my C-200.

Sorry for the kick, but I'm still regularly (about 40%-50% of my downloads) seeing empty folders on my C-200 (even no .rar files) although my NZBGet sais 'SUCCESS'. Any thoughts at all?

Download the same files on your pc with the same provider and see what happens. Sound like, either they are over your retention or missing due to take downs (removed from server requested by copyright holder)

If you can download on the pc then there is something wrong with your nzbget setup.

Sorry for kicking this, but the problem still exists. Tried downloading same NZB with SabNZB on my Mac... worked fine! Strange thing is that my NMT doesn't show a 'download failed' file in the folder. Sometimes it does unpack the .nfo files and stuff like that, but the mkv is missing. Unfortunataly it seems to be random, although the same nzb always has the same problem on NMT.

Is there a way to completely reset the NMT (Popcorn C200), or at least NZBGet?

if u use GrabIt, check the grabit Cache folder

for example: C:\Users\John Smith\AppData\Roaming\GrabIt\

windows OS has a limit on the character length for folder names

I think I know what is happening. The post-processing script relies on the exit code from unrar. Unrar seems to not always properly return failure exit code even if the unraring failed.

Because of the SUCCESS exit code received from unrar the post-processing script deletes all rar-files. I'll implement a better check of unrar result which will not rely on exit code.

In a meantime as a workaround set the option "DeleteRarFiles" to "no" in the post-processing script configuration file.
