in the UI go to Configure, Postprocessing script - pp save/delete/rename

clear the field save

Did this as well, cleared the 'SaveDir' field and restarted nmt. Worked for me, files now remain in downloaddir.

I'm no coder, so no idea what these mean or how to fix them.

Any clues folks?

RE: New Webui for NZBget
@ Jhmiller, are you still on this project?
I was wondering if you knew any way to dimply solve a reocurring problem with NZBget's web interface.
Like now it's again giving the infamous "HTTP - 404" error stating on the page:
Quote:Not Found

The requested URL /NZBget_web/index.php was not found on this server.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at 192.168.0.200 Port 9999

Besides this webui error, NZBget seems to be working (downloading) fine. I'd think simply replacing some possibly broken files would do the trick but maybe that's too simple a thouht?
Any ideas on this?

RE: New Webui for NZBget
I have given up on this as the new nzbget has most of the fetures this had so there was little point in continuing with this.

RE: New Webui for NZBget
O.k. Well since I am unable to remedy the unavailable webui, I wanted to install nzbget 0.9. I hadn't yet but I did get the update notification in CSI.
But after uninstalling version 0.8 I can't find version 0.9 in the list.
Even installing version 0.7 doesn't seem to make it come up.
Any ideas on how I can install the latest version?

I'm sorry, but you have to be kidding. NzbgetWeb and the Webui are just NzbGet web interfaces (PPWeb supports both). PPWeb adds SABnzbd, etc. functionality on the front-end and full featured post processing on the back-end. NzbgetWeb (and PHP) will be optional as soon as I can give PPWeb its own index.html (the only reason NzbgetWeb is still required). If there is something PPWeb cannot do, or does badly, please let me know.

RE: New Webui for NZBget
Good to see you on here Dave.

TBH Dave the main reason for giving up was that i moved over to Sabnzbd. I would of carried on with this but most users who wanted this were A1xx series and i found it very hard to compile the extra stuff needed to run it. on the A/C200/300 series everything was in place and i did have a working version(still do have it somewhere on my HD) I did try to setup a cross compile enviroment so i could make the required add-ons but i failed after spending many hours trying.

I did think the new interface for nzbget had a lot more features then the old NzbgetWeb including Sabnzbd support, i only had a quick play with it when i setup the CSI package, sorry if i got that wrong Blush

RE: New Webui for NZBget
Jamie,

I appreciate your efforts. I don't have the hardware, so I have no idea what's involved.

I prefer NzbgetWeb over the new Webui because the index page has more information and functions. Too many functions in the Webui are twice as many clicks away. The only advantage I am aware of is that the Webui doesn't require a separate web-server, a big plus for some users.

Dave
