problems installing Oversight on PCH-A110
I tried to install oversight on a PCH-A110 without succes.
I used the NMT CSI to install, but allthough the CSI says its installed, it does NOT appear on the WEB SERVICES. When i trie to install it with gaya, there seems to be some messing up with the files. After the install of the so called oversight app, the airplay app (1st in the list) is installed instead. Anyone having the same problem? Thx in advance. Greetings, Roverius |

Tried a fresh install, still get a 404 error straight after the install.

RE: problems installing Oversight on PCH-A110
so that was r2231 - do you have /share/Apps/oversight/log/ reboot.log and install.log with a recent datestamp?

It's 2231, there are no logs still in that folder. There's only a .keep file that's 0 bytes.

RE: problems installing Oversight on PCH-A110
I reformated the harddrive to be sure no obsolete files were on the disk.
Did a fresh install of the standard NMT apps. Installed the R2231 again --> again not visible on webservices and not reachable with the webbrowser (404 error) What i do see when now on the drive is the "app" folder and when i look in it i see that oversight is in that folder. Could it be a problem with the firmware? I use the latest version 01-17-110314-15-POP-403-000 |

RE: problems installing Oversight on PCH-A110
Ok. have a look at my other thread. The trick is installing Telnet via CSI first then installing Oversight as indicated in the small text. That should solve the problem.

RE: problems installing Oversight on PCH-A110
Reinstalled the A-110 to test this theory out:
Installed Telnetd with NMT Community installer first and then Oversight. Works like a charm now. Great solve Snakedoctor , thumbs up" The installation of the telnet app is nowhere (or hardly) found on any tutorials. |
