Configure oversight for movies on NAS?
What is the easiest and best way to configure oversight for all my movies that play on the PCH but reside on a nas on my home network?

RE: Configure oversight for movies on NAS?
1. Add the NAS as a share/network drive on the PCH.
2. Tell oversight to catalog the share (add to Scan Paths) 3. Watch the movies.

RE: Configure oversight for movies on NAS?
Today I updated my c200 wit the latest pch firmware and after that I updated oversight with the latest available.
All seemed to be ok, but my NAS network share could not be reached by oversight but neither by FTP to network_share via nmt apps. So it seemed the firmware update broke my network share. I decided to do a factory reset and reconfigured my network share. FTP is working again (so mapping is ok). Still oversight doesn't see my nas (so it seems).... is this a known issue with the latest pch firmware? Am I missing something? Help is needed :-) |
